Michael Hoeppner's roots trace back to Hillsboro, Oregon, although his family's relocation to Rio Rancho, New Mexico in 1987 became the backdrop of his upbringing. Graduating from Cibola High School in 1998, Michael's childhood was characterized by vibrant family dynamics and a penchant for extreme skiing, which later blossomed into a deep affection for snowboarding.

An emblematic moment in Michael's family history occurred in 1991 when his mother won a brand new Ford Taurus. Opting against the additional vehicle, the family redirected their focus to water-bound adventures with the acquisition of a 19-foot Bayliner christened "Taurus 2." Fond memories of water skiing, tubing, knee boarding, and fishing at Navajo Lake and Elephant Butte State Park shaped Michael's formative years. His family's adventurous spirit extended to extensive road trips across the United States and a memorable excursion to Spain in 1993 to reunite with foreign exchange students.

Michael's educational journey has been underscored by a commitment to the healthcare field, driven by a passion to ensure that everyone feels cared for, regardless of circumstance. As a soon-to-be single father of four boys—Koen, Vincent, Brody, and Axel—Michael emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning and cherishes every moment spent with his sons. From park outings to basketball games, he prioritizes quality time with his children, engaging in activities that foster familial bonds and create lasting memories.

Beyond his role as a devoted father, Michael finds fulfillment in his involvement with church activities, where he channels his passion for caring and humor into serving others. While his farming experience may be modest, consisting of a humble garden and a pack of seeds from Lowes, Michael finds solace and tranquility in the simplicity of tending to nature's gifts.

Thrilled by the opportunity to make his mark within the company, Michael approaches his professional endeavors with enthusiasm and a determination to showcase his capabilities to all he encounters.
